Lone Worker Protection
Our lone worker support commitment to our staff is essential to us. At times our officers are required to perform security duties in lone working environments.
We provide each site with a mobile device that enables them to remain in contact with our support team. We also have the capabilities to remotely monitor our staff to make sure they are safe via our Tracktik platform.
Our controllers are trained to deal with:
- Data Capture – Logging incidents and managing them through to completion
- Coverage – Ensure managers are informed of shortfalls on their particular sites
