Clear Watch Security is fully aware that the personnel we provide portray your image as well as our own. Before we offer employment to a prospective employee he/she must undergo a series of strict procedures.

This involves interviews, an initial five year telephone vetting followed up with a full five year vetting once employed. All our employees receive job training and site induction as standard and if required further in-house training.

Our staff have been licensed by the SIA (Security Industry Authority) and are monitored and using a staff welfare development program. Due to this it is crucial that we provide staff for you of the highest calibre.

  • Our staff have gone through conflict management training
  • Our staff complete a customer service focused training programme
