- Our staff are screened and vetted in accordance with BS 7858
- Our Security Officers are Licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA)
- Our staff go through conflict management training
- Our staff complete a customer service focussed training programme
Before we offer employment to a prospective employee he/she must undergo a series of strict procedures.
This involves interviews, an initial five year telephone vetting followed up with a full ten year vetting once employed.
All our employees will receive job training and site induction training as standard and if required further specialist training.
Our staff have been licensed by the SIA (Security Industry Authority) and are monitored and using a staff welfare development program.
