Who this Service Is for
This service is designed for out of hours call handing. We know that when directors, managers and other members of staff are left with the work’s phone your life is put on standby. You can not go out for a drink, spend quality time with your family or even get a good night’s rest.
How This Service Works
We operate from 18:00 – 08:00. When you finish your duty for the day you transfer your out of hours company telephone to our dedicated control room.
We then book your number in for the night. We take all calls coming through your number and if agreed also take messages on your behalf.
You issue us with a protocol that we need to follow, and an escalation process if you wish to be contacted in an emergency, other than that you can go about your daily life whether it be gym, socialising or spending quality time with your family.
How Much Does This Service Cost
The fee starts from £2.50 per day per premises. No set up costs or deposit required.
